Modern approach to work
Day by day, we work to make our work more efficient and give even more satisfaction. This would not be possible without a modern office and warehouse built with low-emission building materials. We also use state-of-the-art solutions such as electric picking trucks, an improved WMS system and 5S methodology. At work, we value tools tailored to the needs of the organization, not the other way around. These include, for example, Fortask - a project management application, Gardens - a flexible ERP system developed since 2008 by our own Development Department, and dozens of other advanced solutions (Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, OTRS, in-house CMS systems).

Andrew
Warehouse Department
I have been working at Impakt since July 2011. I have been an Admissions Foreman since last year. What I appreciate most about the company is the good atmosphere, the knowledge that I am constantly learning something new and doing things in line with my interests.
Simon
Export Department
When I first came to work for Impakt in 2011, I didn't think that after 10 years I would be managing people in several European countries being an experienced manager with an Executive MBA to my credit. I went through an exciting path from Salesman to Director of the Export Department, which I started from scratch, and today I can openly say that I am proud of the team I managed to build.
Marta
Accounting Department
Every day I come to work with a smile on my face. I know that if problems arise, the team I work for will help me solve them, because we form a cohesive unit and complement each other. I feel that I am finally doing what I like.
Kasia
PDM Department
What I value most in the company is an excellent team, great organization, and great opportunities for professional and personal development. Working as a Product Development Manager teaches cooperation and creativity. Thanks to the variety of tasks, every day brings new challenges. Privately, this work inspires me to learn about the cultures of Asian countries, thus broadening my perspective and view of the world.
Agnieszka
Marketing Department
I started working at Impakt in the middle of 2021. Although it has only been a few years, in the course of them I have been given the opportunity to gain a lot of experience. In my work I value people from whom I can learn, who support me with their knowledge, but also with their trust. Throughout this time, I get the chance for continuous development thanks to the variety of tasks that are set before me.
Daria
Human Resources (HR) Department
I joined #ImpaktTeam in 2019. From the very beginning, I noticed that this is a place where I not only perform my duties, but also my voice and ideas matter. This gives me a real opportunity to influence the shaping of daily work and company processes. And what do I like most about working in Impakt's HR Department? It's certainly that I can combine professional and personal development and constantly meet new people.
Luke
IT Solutions Sales Department
When I was faced with the challenge of taking care of the company's new project and blazing new trails in 2021, I didn't expect to have such sensational support from a diverse team and access to such tremendous experience of managers from other departments. Despite the very independence of my area, every day I see the influence and mutual inspiration between us - it's nothing but turbo energy and passion.
