Your responsibilities:
  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute a business plan to grow our presence in Spain, adapting global company goals to local conditions.
  • Key Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with key clients, negotiate distribution agreements, and drive sales growth. Additionally, conduct product training for partners.
  • Sales & Marketing Execution: Implement marketing and promotional strategies in collaboration with clients and the internal marketing department to enhance brand visibility in Spain. Conduct store visits (physical and online), assess product displays, and report market insights.
  • Market & Competition Analysis: Monitor market trends, track competitors, and provide insights to headquarters.
  • New Product Introduction: Work with partners to launch new products, expand the product portfolio, and ensure optimal product visibility.
  • Supervising Pricing Policy & Market Profitability: Ensure compliance with brand pricing policies, monitor client and market profitability, analyze sales performance, and provide strategic insights.
Our requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales/export within the consumer electronics industry in the Spanish market.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution networks, key retailers, and sales channels in Spain.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive results.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
