We are a manufacturer and distributor of gaming accessories, peripherals and consumer electronics. We realize sales in Poland, as well as in foreign markets in more than 40 countries. We use our knowledge and 27 years of experience in cooperation with the largest manufacturers in the industry. Your responsibilities:
  • Development and implementation of a clear business plans to achieve growth targets by understanding markets, market trends, customer needs and competition.
  • Taking ownership of our company’s growing business and shaping the strategy on how we acquire, onboard and develop our partnership portfolio.
  • Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Exploring and initiating new business opportunities, evaluation and improvement of existing sales strategies in order to reach/maintain profitable market share and achieve revenue and profit objectives.
  • Making sound business decisions by supporting intuition with data.
  • Preparation of tender quotes and deal offers.
  • Negotiation of distribution contracts.
  • Identification of customer needs and advising on product selection.
  • Controlling and reporting sales and expenses reports as well as realistic forecasts to the headquarter.
  • Participating in the creation and execution of marketing strategy and activities in the region together with a dedicated marketing team.
  • Building and enhancing brand image and awareness.
  • Participating in exhibitions and conferences.
Our requirements:
  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager/representative in the consumer electronics business in Romanian region.
  • Strong business sense and expertise in the CE industry, especially with respect to key distribution partners and retail chains in the region.
  • Full proficiency in Romanian and English.
  • Solid negotiation skills.
  • High ownership, independence and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, quick learner, productive.
  • Goal-oriented approach, “can-do” attitude, ambition to go beyond the obvious, flexible.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
