On July 1, Impakt begins a new chapter in its history - the composition of the Board of Directors is changing, but the direction of the company's development remains the same. Our goal remains stable growth, emphasis on excellent product quality and, consequently, customer satisfaction.

The company's founders, Dariusz Żurkowski and Robert Żurek, after years of active management of the company, now take on new roles on the Supervisory Board. They will continue to support Impakt S.A. with their experience and strategic approach - this time from the level of corporate governance.

The new Management Board, in turn, includes people who know the company's structure very well and have had a real impact on its development for years:
- Marcin Chojnacki - the new CEO,
- Tadeusz Alankiewicz - Member of the Management Board promoted to Vice President,
- Łukasz Wardak - new Member of the Management Board.

This is a team that not only knows the company inside out, but has also actively participated in its past successes. Their promotions are a sign of trust and appreciation of their many years of commitment and high qualifications.

These changes are part of a broader strategy aimed at efficient transfer of competencies, strengthening Impakt S.A.'s position in the market and maintaining management continuity.
