CHARITABLE INITIATIVES AT IMPAKT S.A.

We are pleased to present a summary of our recent charitable activities carried out in cooperation with our business partners:

• Support Instead of Gifts: In December, we decided to allocate the funds originally intended for traditional gifts for our contractors to charitable causes. Thanks to joint decisions made with our partners, we managed to raise PLN 21,560, which was donated to selected organizations: the RatujemyZwierzaki Foundation (animal rescue foundation), Noble Gift, Caritas Poland (support for flood victims), UNICEF, and Doctors Without Borders (MSF).
   
• The Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP): Our employees took part in a 24-hour indoor cycling marathon organized by CITYZEN during the 33rd finale of WOŚP. The seven-person #ImpaktTeam kept the wheel turning continuously, and our company additionally supported this initiative financially. In parallel, we donated GENESIS-brand headphones to the WOŚP branch in Suchy Las for a charity auction.
   
• Academy of the Future: In line with our corporate strategy, we also decided to support the Academy of the Future, recognizing the importance of investing in the development and education of young people.

We would like to thank everyone who participated in these initiatives. This collective effort shows that by working together, we can more effectively assist those in need and contribute to positive changes in our community.
