In recent days, we had the pleasure of participating in two events that play an important role in the local job market: the 19th Education and Job Fair in Mosina and the 26th Job Fair at Poznań University of Technology.

Our HR team represented Impakt at both fairs, aiming not only to present the company as an employer but also to showcase our own brands: Genesis, Natec, Lanberg, Armac, and Fury.

In Mosina, where our headquarters is located, we focused on building relationships with the local community. We had many engaging conversations with students and job seekers, for whom the opportunity to grow in a company rooted in the region was particularly valuable.

At the Poznań University of Technology, we mainly connected with students and graduates of technical disciplines. We discussed career paths, internships, and development opportunities at Impakt. Our interactive activities – including the popular Genesis keyboard blind typing challenge – also attracted a lot of attention.

Both events were a great opportunity to make new connections and to show that Impakt is a place where passion meets innovation.
